Here’s a dark horse for Summer Song 2011. I liked Rolling in the Deep by Adele the first three times I heard it and now I can’t stand it. The only problem is that it’s on the radio all the time. It’s so angsty that it goes against everything a Summer Song should be. It’s fine when I’m lifting weights or stressed about something but why is it on the radio so much? Not even just the serious channels, but on the top 40 ones too. There’s no bigger downer than this after a Katy Perry or Lady Gaga tune. I like to be happy in the summer. Let’s all hope that this doesn’t turn into the dominant song. Plus, Adele is kinda fat.
