I just got a haircut so this video seems appropriate. There was some tension between the Rockers so they went on Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake’s Barber Shop to talk things out (by the way, the barber pole microphone is fabulous—Bob Barker must’ve been so jealous). It seemed like things were resolved but a superkick later, it was all over for the legendary tag team and Shawn Michaels sent Marty Jannetty on a trip through the barber shop window.

Wrestling Video of the Week: Through the Barber Shop Window

Posted: July 6, 2011 by Keith Stone in Scarface, the kids, videosI’m a little scared to have kids and then get dragged to an array of boring events. Do they even sell beer at school plays? Doesn’t matter here. The Scarface school play is better than The Book of Mormon. Tony is a star, Elvira is a Dayyyyyyyyyyyyuuuuuuuuuuuuum Girl-in-Training, and the fat kid playing the bodyguard should’ve won a Tony. Why aren’t more movies made into school plays? I’d go see a Wall Street school play. Kid Gordon Gekko would have to bring it.
Wrestling Video of the Week: The Great Antonio
Posted: June 30, 2011 by Keith Stone in Great Antonio, Slobberknocker, videos, wrestlingWrestling is huge in Japan, so it’s time for the first Japanese Wrestling Video of the Week. Nobody messes with Japanese wrestling legend Antonio Inoki. When a clown named the Great Antonio decided to play around in the ring, Inoki showed him who’s boss. THAT’S HOW THEY DO IT IN JAPAN.
Classic Video of the Week: Jimmy V Needs Someone To Hug
Posted: June 30, 2011 by Keith Stone in college basketball, Jimmy V, March Madness, NC State, videosLorenzo Charles died this week, but will always be remembered for his last-second putback in the 1983 NCAA Tournament Championship Game to give NC State the Title. It’s one of the greatest endings to a game ever, capped off of course by Jim Valvano looking for someone to hug.
Wrestling Video of the Week: Goldust Loves Booker and Sprewell
Posted: June 24, 2011 by Keith Stone in Booker T, Goldust, Slobberknocker, videos, wrestling, WWFWhen he was courting Booker T to be his tag team partner, there wasn’t anything Goldust wouldn’t do. So while Booker went to 7-11 to get his ritual pre-match Slurpee and spend time with some of his young fans, Goldust was busy putting together an “elaborate disguise” to fit in without attracting attention, sucka. I can’t even tell it’s Goldust. He’s like a ghetto Mrs. Doubtfire and the Spree jersey and visor are a nice touch. Gotta love JR at the end. “He’s goofier than a pet coon!” Who wouldn’t want a bite of Goldust’s wiener?
Classic Video of the Week: I’m So Exctied
Posted: June 21, 2011 by Keith Stone in Saved By the Bell, videosCaffeine pill addiction was a serious problem amongst high school students in the 90’s. To help stem the tide of related deaths, Saved By the Bell had a very special episode in which Jessie gets hooked while trying to balance the pressures of getting into Stanford and performing a show with her world-famous music group Hot Sundae. Only one person could save her. Not a parent. Not a doctor. Only Zack Morris.
Remember kids, stay away from caffeine pills. Take Adderall instead. I’m so excited, I’m so excited, I’m so…………scared.
BONUS VIDEO: Somebody did an Inception-style video for this episode. It’s so dramatic that it made me soil myself while I cried profusely. Watch at your own risk.
Wrestking Video of the Week: Shane McMahon Flies
Posted: June 18, 2011 by Keith Stone in Shane McMahon, Slobberknocker, videos, wrestling, WWFI’ve heard from the millions (AND MILLIONS!) It’s time to bring the Wrestling Video of the Week back. In 2001, Shane McMahon faced off against the Big Show in a Last Man Standing match. Despite some great dance moves, Shane was giving up about 300 pounds on Show. It’s kind of a disadvantage in a Last Man Standing match. There was only one way to overcome it as Shane climbed the Titantron and took to the friendly skies to defeat Show with a little assistance from Test and a camera stand.
Classic Video of the Week: That’s My Wife
Posted: June 15, 2011 by Keith Stone in basketball, Michael Jordan, NBA, NBA Finals, videosAfter winning his first Championship in 1991, an emotional Michael Jordan is interviewed by Bob Costas. Jordan’s wife, Juanita, probably should have taken her hat off. Awkward. Costas plays it like a pro, though.
So Donnie Walsh isn’t coming back.

Clyde Frazier added 36 points, 19 assists, and five steals and the Knickerbockers had their first World Title.
